Upcoming Meeting:
Beginning Jan 2025, all meetings will be via Zoom, except for the Annual Meeting in October. Eblast will be sent with Zoom access before the meeting.

  • Late Date: After January 15, 2025
  • Late Fee: $15.00

Reminders for a Better Community

Trash and Recycling

  • Pickup Schedule: Every Tuesday, except Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day.
  • Placement: Place bins near the curb up to one day before pickup and remove them on the same day after collection.
  • Bulk Trash Pickup: Schedule a bulk pickup with the Bulk Trash Scheduler.

Home and Yard Maintenance

  • All exterior modifications require prior approval. Visit the Arch Review tab for more information.
  • Tree and Plant Maintenance: Trim any overhanging branches from sidewalks.
  • Weed Control: Keep yards clear of weeds.
  • Pet Etiquette: Always clean up after your pets, whether inside the community or around its perimeter. Take refuse bags home for disposal.

Safety and Security

  • Outdoor Lighting: Block Watch Officers recommend leaving outdoor lights on at night to help deter crime.
  • Retention Basin: For PCC residents and their guests only.
    • Private Property signs are posted.
    • Report unauthorized use to Non-Emergency Police: 602-262-6151.
  • No Soliciting: Post signs on your property if needed and report violations to the Non-Emergency Police.
  • Mailbox Use: Avoid posting signs or ads on the mailboxes—they are federal property.

Parking Rules

  • Street Parking:
    • Per City of Phoenix Ordinance (Section 36-147), vehicles can be parked on the street for up to 48 hours before needing to be moved. Please inform Non-Emergency Police with information regarding abandoned vehicles or vehicles parked more than 48 hours without moving. Do not report parking to Management Co as these are city streets. Enforcement must be by Phoenix P.D.
    • Avoid parking near corners and mailboxes for safety.
  • Preferred Parking: Use driveways or garages whenever possible.

Neighborhood Traffic

  • Speed Limit: 25 mph. Be mindful of children, pedestrians, and cyclists.
